The OEM factory GT driving lights are reasonably priced and readily available through your local Ford dealer. The shell itself pops in easily in 20 minutes.

Unless you intend to wire the lights in yourself, the Optional Street Scene Wiring Harness (SSE-73591: $74.95) is highly recommended in order to properly power the lights while protecting the Mustang Smart Box, and includes a round OEM-style switch, in-line fuse, power relay and factory-style plugs.
